Notes:	The role: Our client, a family-owned manufacturing SME with a reputation for excellence are working exclusively with ARW to recruit a part time Finance Manager to join their friendly team. Hours can be tailored to suit the successful individual either worked over 5 short days or 3 full days. Duties: Overall responsibility for the finance function with one direct report. Working closely with the Director of the business, this is a key position so good interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of the team is essential. Month End accounts Prepayments and accruals Maintain Fixed assets/ depreciation Monthly Payroll Credit Control; Credit Insurance- checking limits, monitoring Customers Analysis of Departmental Hours Bank Reconciliation Monitor cashflow Purchase Ledger Payments Year End liaising with auditors Quarterly VAT returns, HMRC payments Outstanding Order reports Pension Payments and annual review Review Electric/ Gas Contracts Oversee Life Insurance Supervision of Finance Assistant Key skills: Experience working in a SME Knowledge of Pegasus Opera desirable and intermediate Excel skills Strong interpersonal skills Able to manage workload in a time-efficient manner Good analytical skills They would also consider someone on a part time basis if preferred
