We are recruiting a full-time permanent Recruitment Consultant to join us as we move into our 12th successful year of business.  Based in Cwmbran we are an independent specialist agency focussing on all levels of Accounting roles throughout South Wales. 

With a reputation for integrity and delivering the highest standards of customer care much of our business is repeat.  Working as part of our team you will have the opportunity to benefit from our existing loyal client base whilst attracting new clients by marketing and networking.

DUTIES:
Screening CVs, conducting telephone and face to face interviews
Arranging internal interviews ensuring eligibility to work, verifying qualifications and assessing career aspirations
Calling registered candidates to ensure their details are up to date and discussing relevant suitable vacancies
Taking in jobs, writing advertisements and offering advice where required on salary, job description etc. to clients
Sourcing for permanent and/or interim vacancies
Taking references on candidates who are looking for temporary work
Posting Job Adverts on websites to attract candidates
Maintaining the CRM database for clients and candidates
Marketing the client database by telephone and email

SKILLS:
High level of customer service skills; telephone, email and face to face
Excellent telephone manner and presentation skills
Attention to detail and a desire to deliver outstanding service to candidates and clients alike
Self-motivated, competitive and enthusiastic
Flexible approach, positive and the ability to work under pressure
Confidence, resilience and commercial awareness

We are ideally looking for a recruiter with prior experience running a desk (either interim or permanent) but will consider applications from candidates who can demonstrate transferable skills and a passion to succeed.
