Notes:	Our client, a leading employer based in Newport is easily accessible by public transport. They have modern offices and offer hybrid working (minimum 1 day per week in the office) along with excellent benefits which include: 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Birthday (34 days in total) Hours 37.5 hours week Mon – Fri (flexible on start and finish times to suit between 8-6) The role is to cover maternity leave with an initial fixed term contract for 6 months, with a possibility of being extended by increments of 3 months up to a maximum of 12 months. Main Duties: Reporting to the Management Accountant, your duties and responsibilities include: Fixed Asset Management Capex & Disposal Reporting Consult with Group Accounts on Fixed Assets Digital Subscriptions: Piano & Legacy Processing Monthly Journals and Reports Authorisation and checking of Coupa Requisitions & Un-backed Invoices. Consult with Internal & External Auditors for Fixed Assets & Digital Subs Weekly/Month End Bank Reconciliations for Specialist Bank Accounts - GBP & Dollar Preparation of Monthly Credit Control KPi’s Office National Statistics submissions Ad hoc reports for management Job Requirements: Studying or passed AAT level 2 or 3. Computer literate with good Excel skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to plan and organise workload Effective communication skills and ability to deal with financial and non-financial individuals Ability to identify and solve problems Work as part of a team
