Interim Purchase Ledger/Credit Control Clerk – 30 hours a week
Our client, based in Blackwood, is looking for an experienced accounts clerk who is available for a part-time, office- based role for c30 hours a week.  The duration is likely to be 1-2 months, possibly longer.

Duties:
  • Match, batch, code purchase ledger invoice
  • Reconcile supplier statements and deal with queries promptly
  • Preparation of the payment run
  • Assist with credit control
  • Maintain the creditors ledger ensuring all payments are matched to invoices and all queries are resolved as quickly as possible
  • Assisting in the calculation and preparation of customer rebates and raising the correct credit notes in a timely manner
  • Dealing with emails

Key Skills:
  • Previous experience of purchase ledger and credit control
  • Highly numerate and accurate
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Extremely organised
  • Team player
