Notes:

Main responsibility will be bookkeeping using Xero AND dealing with reservations.
 
Bookkeeping involves:
  • Inputting and maintaining accounts;
  • Purchase ledger/sales ledger;
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations (in multiple currencies and with multiple accounts);
  • General accounts admin.

Reservations includes:
  • Updating and maintaining records on the booking system
  • Putting final balance payments into the booking system and confirming to clients;
  • Helping to maintain our enquiries system;
  • Updating the mailing list.

General office duties:
  • Answering the phone,
  • Maintaining stationary requirements,
  • Filing,
  • Paying cleaner.

Running the facilities contribution fund within the building and liaising with other traders.
