We offer this service either with or without your company logo. A shortlist of suitable candidates is then compiled. As part of our retained service we can undertake first stage competency based interviews on your behalf. Questions relating to key core competencies for the position are carefully compiled and thorough interview notes taken. Following the interviews, a profile on the competencies of each candidate will be prepared for you, along with recommendations for shortlisting.
