Sue Mountney

Sue has a background in and Accounts and Office Management in both public and private sectors encompassing facilities management and a multinational manufacturing organisation.
Having worked in South Wales covering accountancy recruitment since 1999, Sue has previously worked for two multinational agencies as well as an independent agency. 

Key areas of experience:

  • Temporary, Interim and Permanent Recruitment
  • Recruiting for confidential vacancies
  • Project Managed the recruitment of an entire accounts department of 19 staff for a major blue chip employer
  • Recruitment of the Finance Director and entire accounts team for a greenfield manufacturing site

Colin Douglas

Colin is a Graduate from the University of Wales with a background in general management. He has worked in South Wales covering accountancy recruitment since 1998. Colin has previously worked for 2 multinational recruiters including a FTSE 100 company, as well as a specialist independent.

  • Temporary, Interim and Permanent Recruitment
  • Recruitment of senior Qualified staff into manufacturing, financial services and business services

Phil Passey                        

Phil is a Cardiff University Graduate who has operated in a variety of sectors including financial services, construction, facilities management and insurance. Having previously worked for a specialist SME recruiter, Phil joined our team May 2019 and shares our passion for delivering great service to candidates and clients alike.

Sophie Mudge                             

A Graduate of Cardiff University, Sophie has a background in retail, media and recruitment.
