Our standard service involves searching our candidate database to compile a shortlist of suitable candidates for your vacancy. Our database is continually updated as we attract candidates through the internet, advertising and recommendations. A fee becomes payable only when the successful candidate starts with your organisation.

Retained services
In additions to our standard database search, we would recommend the most suitable media for your vacancy, design and produce an advertisement for your approval and manage the response. We offer this service either with or without your company logo. A shortlist of suitable candidates is then compiled.  As part of our retained service we can undertake first stage competency based interviews on your behalf. Questions relating to key core competencies for the position are carefully compiled and thorough interview notes taken.  Following the interviews, a profile on the competencies of each candidate will be prepared for you, along with recommendations for shortlisting.
