Retained services

In addition to our standard database search, we would recommend the most suitable media for your vacancy, design and produce an advertisement for your approval and manage the response. We offer this service either with or without your company logo. A shortlist of suitable candidates is then compiled.  As part of our retained service we can undertake first stage competency based interviews on your behalf. Questions relating to key core competencies for the position are carefully compiled and thorough interview notes taken.  Following the interviews, a profile on the competencies of each candidate will be prepared for you, along with recommendations for shortlisting.

Search & Selection

We recognise our senior finance offering to be a hybrid model; we leave nothing to chance and understand the need to access the active and passive market to secure the very best talent.  We use innovative talent attraction tools to include bespoke recruitment software with powerful multi-criteria search facilities. To supplement our shortlist we proactively source passive candidates who meet the criteria but are not active in the job market.  In addition to the traditional search and selection methods we utilise our extensive business network built up over the past 25 years to access all passive talent in the South Wales market.
